Annual General Meeting 2026:
This year there will be a delay before we can convene the Annual General Meeting. The Annual Accounts for the year ending December 2025 have been prepared by our Chartered Accountants. Although the work on the annual accounts is complete, a separate and core procedural issue regarding the club rules has come to light which needs to be sorted out before we can convene the A.G.M. The Committee have sought professional advice on the issue and we will set a date for the annual meeting as soon as the enquiries are finished.
New Members Night 2026:
A ‘New Members Welcome Night’ will take place at the club at 7.30pm on the 24th of March 2026. Prospective members who have submitted a membership application form should attend on the 4th to pay their joining fee £5 plus the £15 annual membership subscription. A member of the Committee will provide a brief overview of the club rules and activities.
New Years Eve 2025 :
Ticket are on sale for New Year Eve. This will be an All Ticket Event. A ticket will be required for entry to the Club Premises after it opens at 7pm on New Years Eve. Ticket prices – Members £8.00 on production of a current membership card. Guests £10.00.
Election Of Treasurer – Update
At a General Meeting on the 5th of August 2025 the attending members elected Mr Michael Boyles as the new Treasurer of the club.

Our current Treasurer has decided to retire and we are inviting applications from members who would like to be considered for election to this officer position on the management Committee. For further details please see the notice board. 28/06/2025.

Annual Membership Subscriptions 2025:
Subscriptions are due on the 1st of January 2025. The fee for existing members is £10.00 The last date for the renewal of subscriptions is the 15th of February 2025. Please note that members who do not renew by this date should expect their memberships to be cancelled. Former members who wish to rejoin will have to become a new member again and pay the joining fee £5 plus the annual subscription £10.
